Covid-19 Statement:

To all clients of Fisher Goaltending,

The safety and well-being of our clients, staff, and communities is our top priority during this time of uncertainty. We’d like to take this time to let you know that The Spring Development Program has been cancelled, however our summer camps are still on track to be completed. In the event of any rinks changing their ice schedule policy, we will provide details about alternate locations or dates. Our team is committed to delivering our services that you rely on, to continue to provide training, and to continue operating as safe as possible.

Clients will be issued an ongoing credit for payments that has been made towards private lessons and any Spring/Summer programs. Please note that clients can only redeem credits towards Winter & Summer camps/programs.

Although Health Canada has classified at this time the risk to Canadians as low, our team is taking extra precautions to protect our clients, staff, and the public. We have encouraged and support our staff should they feel unwell with having them stay home, and following all government recommendations. As all camps we host are lower group numbers, we continue to encourage social distancing and not gathering in groups over 15, which helps us in doing our part to help slow the spread of this new strain of virus.

We ask that you contact our team via phone call or email to reschedule any courses if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms (whether mild or severe):

  • Fever

  • Cough

  • Difficulty Breathing/Shortness of Breath

  • Have Travelled to any Area with an Ongoing Spread of COVID-19

  • Live with Someone Who Recently Travelled to an Area with an Ongoing Spread of COVID-19

  • Have Been in Contact with Someone Known to have COVID-19 or experiencing symptoms similar to the Flu or COVID-19

As things continue changing, we understand the amount of information can feel overwhelming. To stay safe and informed we recommend you check our page regularly for updates or changes to any existing scheduled sessions or Spring/Summer programs and refer to the public health agency of Canada for reliable advice and news.

Thank you for your ongoing trust, patience, and understanding with Fisher Goaltending.

2022 Fisher Goaltending Camp Cancellation policy

In the event of serious injury, Fisher Goaltending will issue a camp credit valid for the next christmas or summer only. Credit has no cash value and must be used for future Fisher Goaltending camps, minus a $50 administrative fee. If the athlete does not take advantage of the credit within one year, the credit will expire. The onus will be placed upon the student to utilize this credit. If you plan on using your credit you must do so as early as possible.

Serious injury, for the purpose of Fisher Goaltending, means injury, or sickness, serious enough to prevent participation. Minor ailments like a cold will not result in a credit of any sort. The medical condition must prevent participation. All injury/sickness credit requests must be made formally in writing and be accompanied by a formal letter from your doctor.

Fisher Goaltending does not provide refunds or credits for lost participation due to injury at camp. All participants are expected to be in superior, athletic condition in order to reduce the risk of any potential injury.
